Kahimi Karie

Hometown : Tokyo, Japan / Paris, France

Started her career in : 1990 when her boyfriend Cornelius asked her to participate under his Trattoria recording label. She then released her first single, Mike's Always Diary in 1992 and immediately known as "Shibuya-kei Princess" with her sultry, sexy yet naive voice. She then move to Paris to pursue her career.

Catching Point : Her sexy-yet-naive voice in collaboration with her whispery singin' style is more than enough to made the nite. She sings in English, Japan and France (among other languages) and give her music this candy French taste
